OneTeam was created when experienced federal government contractor Glenn Meyer asked a simple question ––
Why is it so painful to respond to government RFPs?
In searching for the answer, Glenn knew that he wanted to be part of the solution, not just for his company, but for other federal contractors. His idea to create a cloud-based tool led him to build a company to tackle the difficult problem of winning government contracts. Glenn envisioned OneTeam as the integrated solution to bring the Business Development team, company processes, and contract data, into a single platform, customizable and affordable to all federal contractors.
Glenn's passion is to help other businesses grow with fewer resources and to inspire BD Teams to work together smarter.
