His idea to create a cloud-based tool led him to build a company to tackle the difficult problem of winning government contracts. Glenn envisioned OneTeam as the integrated solution to bring the Business Development team, company processes, and contract data, into a single platform, customizable and affordable to all federal contractors.    #### Glenn's passion is to help businesses grow and to inspire Business Development Teams to work together smarter, leveraging the latest technology to automate manual processes. --- ## Our Leadership Team ![Glenn Meyer](https://www.oneteam.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Photos%20OneTeam%20Clients/Glenn%20Meyer.jpg?quality=low) #### Glenn Meyer ##### Founder & Chief Executive Officer [*Linkedin*](https://linkedin.com) ![IMG_2002 (2)](https://www.oneteam.net/hubfs/IMG_2002%20(2).jpeg) #### Donna T.
